Business story

The Client is a training organization, approved by the ANDPC: the French agency for professional training. They were using a licensed e-learning tool (SaaS) and decided to develop their own learning management system (LMS). This would allow them to have to no longer rely on any software editor and brings complete flexibility to their course structure. The tool would have to be integrated into their customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce), which they use to manage their trainees’ progress. The necessary training will then be suggested to health professionals, hospitals, etc.

Challenge : To give total autonomy and flexibility to the training cycles with an internal turnkey tool.


ITFAQ initially focused on building a powerful wireframe to have the best possible user experience, adapted to their new visual identity. We helped them standardize their online course templates. We chose to develop from scratch to limit the use of plug-ins and allow flexibility to integrate the existing tools. The technology was carefully selected to support a large number of users. The client will enjoy great flexibility on rights and permissions, as well as a high level of details of dashboards and filters.
